We often get asked about free trial lessons, especially for very young students or students that are just starting out. Trial lessons are a great way to see if an instrument or teacher is right for you however, we simply can not give away our teacher’s time and services for the volume of free lesson requests we receive.

We’ll gladly schedule a 4 Lesson Pack at the normal lesson rate so the student can get a feel for the teacher, the instrument and the curriculum. This in turn allows the teacher to learn your unique requirements, establish how you learn as an individual, assist you in setting achievable goals and allow both teacher and student time to establish if regular weekly lessons, bi-weekly or another alternative for lessons are the best fit. We find that most people (no matter their age or ability) that give it four or more lessons get a good feel for what it’s really like to work with us each week, and are usually more successful in their musical endeavors going this route.
