We want you to get the most out of your lessons so here are a few things that will allow us to serve you better. You may want to look over our FAQ and Helpful Information pages, however feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you and answer any questions.
Lesson Scheduling: Lessons are available 6 days a week by appointment in half hour and one hour increments and are scheduled weekly at established times during the day or evening Monday-Saturday. We can help you find a time and day that works for your schedule. Email, call or ask at our front desks about available instructors and time/day slots.
Private Instruction Rates: Our private lesson rates are very competitive with what you could expect to pay for ongoing private lessons in the greater Raleigh/Durham area. We also offer discounts for multiple family members taking lessons with us which makes it affordable for everyone to enjoy making music. Give us a call and we can discuss our discounts and options with you to get the right fit for your family.
Missed Lessons and Make-Up Policy: We offer make up lessons for student/teacher sickness, death in family, closures due to inclement weather and if your lesson day falls on major holidays. There will be no credits or make ups given for missed lessons without notice. The teacher’s time is reserved each week for you.
Tuition Payment Schedule: All of our private lessons are based on a month to month commitment and group classes are generally 8 weeks. Tuition for private lessons is due on a monthly basis and tuition for group classes is due at registration or upon arrival at your first class. We will be happy to split the tuition up for you for group classes. If a student begins private lessons in the middle of the month we will prorate for the number of lessons before the beginning of the first full month.
Cancellation Policy: We are a month to month facility with no long term contracts or commitments so we only require a one month notice to discontinue lessons.
